Event Details

When you have been slouching at your desk for eight (or more) hours, your body suffers. You begin to experience tight hips, shoulders, stiff neck and aching back. With a little yoga, you can reduce discomfort, relieve stress, increase energy and clear your mind all in a day’s work!

Instead of feeling fidgety with discomfort, join us for 40 minutes of Office Chair Yoga. You will learn some simple poses that you can use at your desk!
